Unopened bottles

Return any unopened bottle within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened bottles

If a fragrance isn’t right for you, exchange an opened full bottle within 30 days for another fragrance, once.

The discovery set

The price of the discovery set comes off your first full bottle, online or in the boutique, for six months.

Workshops

Change your workshop date for free up to 48 hours before. Later changes and missed workshops can’t be refunded, but you can send a friend in your place.
